• Sell-side VDDs of Saudi Arabian Grain Organization (SAGO), the first company to privatise in Saudi Arabia, a leading Middle Eastern e-commerce company, a GCC date manufacturer and cafe chain, and a GCC packaging manufacturer
• Seven buy-side FDDs and business plan reviews for a UAE government-backed investment fund across e-commerce, REITs, AI, healthcare, cybersecurity, pharma-AI and infrastructure
• Buy-side FDDs for PE and sovereign investors, including three UAE school operators, a large US dental group and a UAE e-grocery platform

Participated in the interim audit for UNB, one of the leading banks in the UAE, prior to its merger with ADCB.

• Conducted meetings with key executives from the bank in
  order to determine the operations and controls in place, as well as
  the collection of material data for the audit; and
• Documented and established the procedures and controls of 15
  sub-processes for the audit.

• Assisted the investment management team through the production
  of a fundamental and relative valuation of the company; and
• Analysed the shareholder register and created a trend analysis report that highlighted key changes among shareholders.
